Kundalini comes to the UV!

Open your mind and your heart with this ancient practice that builds your pranamaya kosha - energy body. Kundalini yoga practice includes asana (physical postures) as well as mantra (sound), pranayama (breathwork), and mudra (hand positions) in a sequence called a kriya. Some kriyas are slow and contemplative, some are dynamic and challenging - all will change your life. All levels—even beginners—will flourish during this mystical workout, which focuses on building stamina and connecting with your spirit more than on accomplishing advanced physical postures.
At the Barnard Library:
Kundalini Yoga for You
9 to 10:30 Monday mornings

Renew & Relax
5 to 6:30 Thursday evenings
*No class on 11/2, 11/23, 12/21, 12/28*
Two classes are now available at the library, where we meet on the lower level. Classes are small and are tailored to the ability level of students present, so all levels can join us. Monday's class is 90 minutes of Kundalini yoga; on Thursday, we'll warm up with Kundalini and then do a slow flow to finish.
These classes are by donation. Most students contribute between $10-20 per class, but no one is turned away.
At Upper Valley Yoga, White River Junction:
4:30 to 5:45 pm Sundays

Close out your weekend on a high note, and bring a spiritual aspect to your Sunday afternoon. Connect with your soul and start your workweek from a blessed perspective.
Drop in for $18 or Upper Valley Yoga students can use their class pass.

The good folks at Central Street Yoga have provided a space for me to share this practice in the heart of the downtown of one of Vermont's cutest villages.
Get energized for your Saturday errands and do them in half the time! Class is $15; either drop-in or register using this link.
Practical Tips for Class:
Mats and props are available. Just bring yourself and some water.
Wear clothes you can stretch in.
Refrain from eating a heavy meal before class.
