My speciality is balancing the needs of group members with differing levels of yoga experience; I make yoga accessible for newcomers and people with physical and mental limitations, while also providing challenge for more experienced yogis in your group—a nourishing and fun time for all! With my years of training in various yoga styles, I can offer a wide range of yoga options to give your group a premier experience.

Private Yoga: For you
Privates are the best! They're great for people who are new to yoga; who need specific attention due to injuries or limitations; who feel self-conscious about going to a class; or who just want to practice at a time convenient for them. I have 20 years of experience working with people of all ages, body types, and abilities. Using humor and a down-to-earth approach, I will help you or your loved one improve her or his life through simple movement, breath, and meditation practices from a variety of yoga traditions.
You can book your lesson either in person at my home studio or online through Zoom, which means anyone anywhere can join me for yoga! Using your goals and my knowledge of anatomy, I help you discover the poses best suited to your body. My focus is helping you develop an appropriate personal practice so you too can feel the transformation brought by regular yoga.
Yoga & Massage Hybrid - a UNIQUE offering
While you relax during an hour-long or 90-minute massage, I assess your stiff areas and consider the best yoga stretches for your particular body’s needs. Afterward, you and I have a 30-minute private yoga session where I give you a tailor-made stretching sequence as we practice yoga together. You will also get documentation of the stretching sequence so you can continue caring for your body in the best way possible. A great way to make lasting change for yourself.

Mini-Retreat at our Micro Spa
Turn your in-person yoga lesson into a mini-retreat by adding the “Hot Tub Soak” option when you book. You’ll be able to experience the healing effects of warm water and a variety of jets in our tranquil oasis alongside the woods. Know that the tub can seat 6 people comfortably (or 7 people cozily!), and your group is welcome to luxuriate together at our micro spa. For details on the tub, click here.
