17 Days of SELF LOVE: The 2026 New Year's Daily Yoga Challenge!
Truly, my favorite part of January is offering this annual challenge to my students who want to start their year strong with a daily yoga practice. This year, our work will center on self-love: what would you like to do for yourself, but can't quite fit it into your life? Get ready, because 2026 is the year you make it happen!
Every day for 17 days, we will gather through the magic of Zoom to practice yoga together while in the comfort of our homes. You will also get a recording of the morning's class in case you can't meet with us so you can do the class at some point during your day.
🙏 Weekday classes are 20-30 minutes long, and start between 7 and 8 am*.
🙏 New Year's Day and weekend classes are an hour long, and start at 9 am.
The Jan 1 and weekend classes will also include discussion on establishing good habits through applying principles of behavioral change and optional sharing about what you'd like to do for yourself this year and how you’ll do it. Throughout the 17 days of the challenge, each participant gets one private coaching session to discuss with me how to better care for yourself.
