January Daily Meditation Challenge

Meditation. It’s the single most crucial thing you can do for your well-being, and yet, most of us put it off. No longer! Challenge yourself to show up and sit with me every morning for the month of January, with the encouragement and accountability of being part of a group, and the convenience of being online. Our daily 30-minute zoom sessions will be recorded and sent to you so you can keep the meditations and/or practice on your own schedule. Each online session will include 15-20 minutes of yoga stretches followed by a 10-15 minute meditation - except for Saturdays, which will be hourlong sessions to incorporate more movement. This will be a fun, lighthearted approach which will include daily body-shaking (you’ll love it!) as well as a new meditation every three days, creating a sampler of practices for you to learn what works best for you and your monkey mind.

Yes, it’s a big commitment, and yes, it brings big rewards:

  • Take control of your thoughts- and your life!

  • Build an island of calm for yourself

  • Generate good ideas

  • Become less reactive

  • Hear your own wisdom

  • Understand your mental patterns

  • Feel deep peace

  • Learn what no one else can teach

We’ll go the full month of January, at 8 am EST on weekdays and Saturdays, and 9 am EST on Sundays (including the initial session on 1/1.) To join, it’s $310 for the month - only $10/day, including the video you keep. (Payment plans are available if you need to spread out payments) Note that I will be privately asking participants what you need from the course so I can include meditations that best suit you, and will be available for questions/support. Try getting that from YouTube!

Just added: you can join us for the first week of January for $90 and see how you like it. If you then want to continue, you can just pay the remainder for the rest of the month.

New Year's Daily Yoga Challenge

We’re so glad to offer the annual New Year's Daily Yoga Challenge because it really gives you the opportunity to shift yourself in real and lasting ways. Now is the time for you to prioritize your self-care regimen! This year, Energy Medicine Yoga & vinyasa teacher Deonne Myrick will be joining me so we can both inspire you to nourish yourself through the practices of yoga. You’ll be able to join us from anywhere, as everything will be offered over Zoom and you’ll get video links to do practices at your convenience.

The 28 days of yoga includes:

  • A kickoff workshop on Sun, 1/2 from 3-5:30: “Release, Let Go, & Thrive!” - in person in Randolph or on Zoom - includes journaling, discussion, restorative and active yoga

  • 2x/week morning Kundalini Zoom with Miss Amanda

  • 2x/week morning Energy Flow Zoom with Deonne

  • 2x/week practice videos delivered to your inbox

  • 3 Self-Care Saturday workshops over Zoom

  • Closing Celebration Ceremony & Connection on Sat, 1/29

Classes will run 35-45 minutes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 - 7:45 am live on Zoom and will be recorded for you. Saturday Self-Care workshops will be hourlong explorations into up-leveling your lifestyle from 9:00 - 10:00 am. You’ll receive the video recordings of all classes so you can practice whenever you want, along with bonus videos on Wednesdays and Sundays.

For all of this - and all the “more” that comes with investing in your health and sanity on a daily basis - it’s $295 per person. Bring a friend/loved one/stranger, and you each get a $30 discount. The 2021 21-Day Yoga Challenge!

This is IT - 2021 - your year to impress yourself!  Use the extra time at home to power up your practice with me for Live Online Yoga Every Morning!  Take the challenge and experience the transformational Power of steady, daily practice, get Energized with your yoga community, and Blossom as a yogi! 

Class will be a 20-30 minute session during the window of 7:00 - 8:00 am* EST Monday through Saturday, and mid-morning on Jan 1 and Sundays.  Every morning we’ll do a Different Routine based on your needs and the needs of your fellow yogis. Each class will be recorded and available via a link on YouTube only available to people in the challenge, so if you miss the live morning session, you can do the routine at a time that suits you.  With unlimited access to this Exclusive Private Library of videos, you can participate at any time, anywhere in the world!  You'll not only get this library, daily connection and encouragement with your yoga community, but also Email Support from Miss Amanda.

New Year's 2020 Jumpstart

Spread your wings and transform yourself by starting a daily yoga practice for 2020. Yes! Three of us yoga teachers are joining forces to guide and support you for a 40-day practice challenge. Along with the three-hour event (some of which will be discussion), you'll also get encouraging emails and practice ideas 3x/ week from us for the 40 days after the workshop. Here's what we're offering:

Beth Umba, navigational life coach, yoga teacher and bodywork therapist will be leading a discussion about commitment. In her always-on, curious way, she will guide us through in-depth look at our own human dance in and around commitment. Why do we commit? Why do we fear commitment? How do you view commitment? Why do some commitments get fulfilled when others don't?

Miss Amanda, Kundalini Yoga teacher & Thai Yoga bodyworker, will warm us up with some simple, accessible moves to loosen the spine, get your mind into the body, and form the bedrock of a daily practice. She will also share some short meditations to be used as tools for various purposes: to raise energy, to calm the mind, to focus and center yourself. When used consistently, all tools will create lasting change!

Deonne Myrick, yoga teacher and outdoors enthusiast, will offer multi-level yoga sequences and various ways to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate your body and mind. She will also share her insights on how to fit in a daily practice, the benefits of such practice, how to truly listen to what your body and mind need on a given day with the aim of finding joy in your practice and connecting to your inner goodness.

New Year's 2020 Jumpstart

Leave the holidays behind and start fresh for the new year! This popular workshop is designed to help you spread your wings and transform through starting a daily yoga practice in the new year. In keeping with the Kundalini tradition of doing a practice 40 days in a row, you will get practice ideas & email support for the 40-day period after the workshop.

The outstanding, highly experienced Sharon Comeau will be joining me and leading a multi-level physical practice. Since the class will be tailored to your needs, people of all levels of yoga experience can join. I will be offering various Kundalini meditations to be used as tools for various purposes: to raise energy, to calm the mind, to focus and center yourself. When used consistently, all tools will create lasting change! In this workshop, we will also discuss and anticipate the challenges of committing to a daily practice. In keeping with the Kundalini tradition of doing a practice 40 days in a row, you will be encouraged to practice daily for 40 days—in a row! To help you along, we will be sending out email support with practice ideas & encouraging words for the six-week period after the workshop.

For this two-hour event, the fee is $45 if you pay by 12/28; $55 thereafter. Your fee includes receiving encouraging emails and practice ideas 2x/ week for the 40 days after the workshop.
