Simply the best place to hike in the Upper Valley, Hawk's Hill is so far out-of-the-way that we have this trail to ourselves.  Located in East Barnard, VT, the uphill trail leads us past a pond, a brook, old stone walls, all the way up to the sky!  At the top, there's a stunning 365 lookout with horse stanchions that serve for an Iyengar-style yoga class, where we'll use ropes to open our bodies deeper and gape at the view.
