Join me as I have the honor of leading UVY's monthly Community Class, when yoga is offered to the public for free. We will be energizing ourselves with this unique style of yoga brought from its ancient roots in India to the US by yoga master Yogi Bhajan. Very different from typical yoga, Kundalini yoga focuses on activating and awakening dormant energy in the body through repetition of dynamic movements and holding of poses. This mystical workout will build stamina, release blocks, and transport your soul.
