I've been honored to join Kundalini teachers from across Vermont for this day of rotating teachers and themes within Kundalini Yoga.  Come raise your vibration with the Vermont Kundalini community.  All activities are geared towards those newer to the practice.  Potluck lunch, please bring a dish if possible. Drop in anytime, or come for the whole day!
