Position yourself to receive your desires---with Kundalini Yoga and Law of Attraction focusing techniques. This one-time workshop is a follow-up to the Abundance Workshop Lise and I gave last spring at beautiful True Center Yoga in Randolph, VT (thank you, Emily Harvey-Dooley and our vibrant participants!). This time we'll be meeting in the sunny, homey classroom above the Upper Valley Food Co-op in White River Junction (thank you, Anya Johnson and Sue Miller for making this possible!).

During our Fulfillment Workshop, I will start us off with chants and simple moves from the ancient, aerobic yoga called Kundalini. It lifts your spirits and clears your magnetic field, allowing more of what you want to come to you. If you haven't tried this incredible yoga, this is a great chance to taste it! Lise Libertine will then be imparting some of the wisdom and techniques of Abraham-Hicks with her own inimitable spin. You will leave this workshop readier to receive.
